About The Event
In this workshop we will provide a template and we will coach you into creating your own Business Model Canvas. Business plans take way too long to write, are seldom updated, and almost never read by others but documenting your hypotheses is key! Give your company more structure and planning with more efficient success as result.
Lean Canvas solves this problem using a 1-page business model that takes under 20 minutes to create. This Lean Business Model Canvas pioneered with a new method for developing a business plan with a one-page template. By filling in the right blocks of subjects of a paper canvas, this is a fun way to unlock the most valuable parts of focus of your business. Both for people with a business idea, fresh startups or existing companies this is the unmissable tool to ensure your ventures strategy. An easy to follow course that makes your kick-off and growth smooth and efficient.
It provides all important aspects of a business plan, without the inconsistencies and vagaries of “back of the napkin” business idea sketches. In this workshop we will explain the aspects of the Canvas and we supply 2 templates for you to use. The key fundamental to Lean methodology is the elimination of waste — this includes time, processes, inventory and more. We will give an introduction in this, with this fun and productive workshop.
As a lean startup you need a quicker way to get ideas out of your head, you need to stay lean & avoid waste of time. We look forward to help you with it!
