- Going inside and develop a clear sense of direction
Karen Tate will give you an introduction to mindfulness. With her background as a qualified occupational therapist - Healthcare Professions Council (NHG), and educated Cognitive behavioural therapy & recovery in psychosis and complex mental health, she has over a 13 years of experience working on mental health and mindfulness.
