About The Event
During this workshop you will do several practical exercises to reduce your stress level and to work more efficient.
Teaching you the basic skills to:
- Gain more focus & achieve a calmer perspective
- Respond well instead of reacting impulsively
- Letting go of large expectations & being more in the moment
- Feel more confident in your business choices
- Going inside and develop a clear sense of direction
Karen Tate will give you an introduction to mindfulness. With her background as a qualified occupational therapist - Healthcare Professions Council (NHG), and educated Cognitive behavioural therapy & recovery in psychosis and complex mental health, she has over a 13 years of experience working on mental health and mindfulness.
